These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FeedFlow (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
FeedFlow provides embeddable social media widget tools. You may use the Service to create and embed widgets on your websites. You may not:
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment if you are not satisfied.
You own your content. We do not claim any rights to the widget configurations, social media content, or analytics data associated with your account. We process this data solely to provide the Service.
FeedFlow is an embed tool. You are solely responsible for the social media content displayed through your widgets and for complying with the terms of the underlying social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.). FeedFlow does not store or cache social media content beyond what is required to render widgets.
API access (Pro plan and above) is subject to rate limits as documented in the Developer reference. Excessive usage that degrades service for other users may result in temporary throttling.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via the status page.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedFlow's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We will notify users of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
